This year on my birthday, I’m honouring a symbol that has quietly followed me my whole life—The Spiral. For the past year this offering has been brewing in my heart.
On March 13, I will create a Sacred Celtic Spiral symbol on Pomquet beach. We will rest together beside the spiral in warm sleeping bags and be guided into a deeply restortative Yoga Nidra then we will gently rise and walk the spiral at Sunset.
