Choose your sanctuary— the beach or forest—for a personalized, 90 minute Celtic rest experience that blends Yoga Nidra, Celtic wisdom, and deep relaxation practices.

  • This is a 90 minute bespoke Celtic rest experience held at the beach or in the forest, your choice!

    • Begin with a tea ritual to set your intention.

    • Get cozy in a sleeping bag on the beach or a hammock in the forest.

    • Rest with a 45 minute yoga nidra that is infused with Celtic wisdom.

    • Receive sound healing with Zaphir chimes.

    • Experience a Celtic oracle card reading.

    • You’ll have access to an online portal after the session to download the recordings and other resources.
